Closed flats final visit is provided by Red Cedar to gain accuracy of the report. Especially the estimate that is part of the report.
Non Destructive Testing
NDt test are carried if needed by Structural engineer to understand the integrity and strength of the concrete after removal of plaster. Plaster is removed by our engineer.
Distress mapping
AUTOCAD design for distress mapping and analysis is given in the report
Audit report submission
We offer detailed audit report covering every aspect of the building, every corner of the building and noting dampness, distress in the map for understanding at the time of undertaking civil repair works.
