Different Contractor will have different quotations. Secondly, these quotations are given based on visual observations from external only. Internal damages due to external factors is never considered in this quotation. And most of the times, the work estimate keeps increasing, as the damages are then observed during the work in progress. Neither the Contactors are licensed. So, it us suggested to depute a structural consultant and get their recommendations.
